Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order if it is not a personalized product. Standard products are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, which allows you to return your order within 14 days.
If you want to return something, please contact the seller to request the correct return address. Returns are processed via a PO Box address, with the seller's company name included.
What happens after I return my product?
Once your return is received, the product will be inspected for damage or signs of wear. If everything is in order, your return will be processed further. In some cases, the product can be reshipped with a future order.
Will I get a refund for a return?
That depends on the type of product.
Standard products: You will receive a refund once the product is received in good condition.
Personalized products: Unfortunately, these cannot be credited or returned because they are custom-made for you.
What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
That's frustrating! Please report any damage to our customer service within 3 business days of receipt. Please include clear photos of:
the damaged product
the outer packaging
This way, we can notify the carrier in a timely manner and ensure you receive a proper product.
