Wuppy, our sweet ginger cat, was a favorite with all our neighbors, especially children. We always dreamed of how much he would love our own son. Sadly, he passed away unexpectedly just before our son was born. He inspired us to start Cats & Kids.

Besides our Wuppy designs we are working on new design including Wuppy's happy friends!

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order if it's not a personalized product. Standard products are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, which allows you to return your order within the specified period.
If you want to return an item, please contact us to request the correct return address. Returns will be processed via a PO Box address, with the seller's company name included.

What happens after I return my product?

Once your return is received, we'll check it for damage or signs of wear. If everything is in order, we'll process your return. In some cases, the product can be reshipped with your next order.

Will I get my money back if I return an item?

You will receive a refund once the product is received in good condition.

What should I do if my product was delivered damaged?

That's unfortunate! Please report any damage to customer service within 3 business days of receipt. Please include clear photos of: the damaged product the outer packaging This way, we can notify the carrier in a timely manner and ensure you still receive a good product.
